The future has finally arrived, in the form of internet postage which means I can now send packages immediately. Orders will now be shipped the same or next day as payment is received (unless specified otherwise in the item description, eg. custom orders). You will be emailed personally once your order has shipped and also if there is any delay. If you need your item held back because you will be away, or have any other requests, just let me know and I’ll do my best to help.

International Shipping
I ship internationally to all countries. Shopify should apply the correct postage automatically but if not you will be able to choose the correct postage as either European Airmail or International Airmail. To check prices in your local currency please use xe.com. Remember that exchange rates change daily so the final price through PayPal may be slightly different.
PayPal eChecks
Paypal payments using e-Check can take up to 7 days to clear – please check your PayPal account for information on this. The item you are purchasing is not removed from the shop until payment is received. I try my best to put unique items on hold for e-Check customers while payment clears but this cannot be guaranteed. If in doubt, email me before ordering so we can work something out.
Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct address. I cannot be held responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully and inform me of any issues.
Recorded Delivery
Recorded delivery is available for UK packages for an small additional cost. This is the most reliable method of postage and should be used if you have any doubts about access to your address. Parcels sent without Recorded Delivery are at your own risk so I strongly advise you to choose this option.
Customs and Duty
You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked “other.”
Packaging
Postage prices no longer include packaging costs as I will be re-using packaging wherever possible.
Gift Wrapping
Items can be gift wrapped to save you some time and effort – just remember to add gift wrapping for each item to your cart before checkout. You’ll find it on the homepage. All orders usually include some additional random bits and bobs and often a free badge or card. Check the Special Offers page for up to date offers.
